Identify flushometer mechanics to specify plumbing systems that perform safely and reliably in commercial settings.
Compare manual and electronic flushometers to select the appropriate type for a given application in support of occupant health, safety, and accessibility.
Recognize the features available in commercial flushometers and apply this knowledge to select appropriate products for a given project.
Describe emerging flushometer technologies and evaluate their potential to improve user safety and welfare.
Apply relevant codes, standards, and ADA requirements to flushometer selection and installation to ensure compliance and protect public health.
